Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Singapore & Korea operations and responsible for the overall cost management

  • Responsible for financial performance of the entire operations

  • Set goals and objectives for the operations division

  • Develop strategic & succession plan and deploy them effectively to maximize productivity to meet key performance indicators

  • Review and improve organizational effectiveness and driving continuous improvement to streamline processes, reduce costs and increase operational efficiencies and establishing a highly motivational work environment

  • Effective communication with up and downstream stakeholders

  • Attend MBR and maintain strong customer relationship. Resolve all service level issues in a timely manner.

  • Provide forecast, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans

  • Handle employee performance management, staff development and disciplinary matters

  • Ensure compliance on quality, security, health & safety practice/guidelines

  • Support Sales to develop new business opportunities and build organic grow opportunities

  • Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Contract Logistics/Healthcare industry

  • Good knowledge of MS office, SAP and Warehouse Management System

  • Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Able to work in a highly fast-paced environment

  • Confident and able to collaborate and manage stakeholders of all levels
