Job Description:

The GTM Healthcare Marketing Supervisor is a dynamic role for results-oriented individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment like healthcare logistics.In this role you will leverage strong analytical skills to solve problems, build and develop relationships within UPS as well with customers, and offer significant contributions to strategy development for winning more profitable business. You will also have opportunities to develop a deep understanding of the market and its dynamics, the customer, the competitors, and UPS impact. Finally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth initiatives, and to ensure the right messages get to the healthcare customers through all communications channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts market research to understand customer needs and benchmark competitor capabilities, and identifies opportunities to enhance the value proposition of UPS Healthcare.

  • Monitors industry trends, competitors’ strategic moves, and regulations, and defines current and future impact on customer needs and behavior.

  • Defines and executes medical device and pharma segment marketing strategies for the specific targeted segments, including business plan goals and product development roadmap.

  • Develops value propositions for the targeted healthcare sub-segments (medical device and pharma) that clearly articulates UPS Healthcare’s positioning against the competition.

  • Creates compelling content and to develop comprehensive marketing materials, including customer facing presentations, case studies, etc.

  • Supports the continuous improvement of the healthcare team as subject matter expert by providing training and content.

  • Identify and develop marketing initiatives to drive business goals

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent fields

  • Possess prior experience in healthcare marketing (Pharma or Medical Devices) is preferred.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Strong experiences and track records in running marketing initiatives from online to offline. Manages for results.

  • Display positive, can-do attitude and is able to work collaboratively across functions.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Demonstrate good communication and written skills in English.
