Job Duties

1.Manages and streamlines processes on the day-to-day HR operations/transactional services and ensures the employee service is delivered efficiently and effectively. This also includes overseeing the on/off boarding activities such as new hire induction, probation, transfer, exit, termination, etc.

2.Provides support and act as subject matter expert in the execution of existing HR Guidelines and to maintain HR policy, procedure and related programs.

3.Continuously drive improvements in vendor management duties including but not limited to China payroll and benefit providers. Ensure high standard of data accuracy and compliance are in place.

4.Maintains and analyzes HR data, provide in-depth insights/reports on employee trend/issues including turnover & headcount report to support critical HR actions.

5.Plays a critical role in collaborating with business management, Region COE, and HRBP

6.Works with HRBP and external partners to manage compensation and benefits delivery, including (but not limited to) mandatory benefits, fringe benefits supplementary medical insurance, etc.;

7.Collaborates with Payroll team to manage the payroll process. Acts the key contact person for employees on the facilitation of clarifications related to HR policies, procedures and benefits.

8.Partner with Region COE team to implement the business & HR strategic plans through innovative HR solutions, policies and programs.

9.       Monitor competitive trends to identify market competitiveness and provide recommendations to Region Compensation management.

10.    Coordinates and provides consultation on the review of Salary Administration Guidelines specific to the local regulations and market practices

11.    Completes Compensation Analysis and provide recommendations on salary reviews of employees

12.    Participates in the analysis, recommendations and reviews of compensation projects.
