Job Description:

  • Achieve monthly and cumulative ISE revenue plan
  • Engage daily prospecting call to win business from existing inactive customer as well as new customer.
  • Promote UPS shipping systems to all UPS customers.
  • Proactively address customer concern and timely complaint closure to minimize customer turnover.
  • Compliance to all record update in UPS systems on daily and weekly basis.
  • All other job responsibilities as directed by Sales supervisor and Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 1 year experience in the similar capacity
  • Good telephone skills
  • Selling, negotiation, interpersonal & communications skills
  • Total commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
