- The purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage and dispatch of customer’s stock to meet the customer demand

- He/She must be proactively contributes to the team and actively committed to the team development

- He/She analyzes and responds to customer’s requests, resolves customer issues, conducts research, prepares reports and identifies account penetration opportunities

- He/She must be meticulous, able to communicate effectively and possess good planning & organizational skills in order to fulfill the requirement of this position


  - Perform daily operation including inbound, outbound, customs clearance and periodic count according to SOP/WI
  - Communicate with customers and respond to customer's inquiries when required in a timely manner
  - Escalate complex issues/inquiries to Team Lead
  - Generate operation reports in appropriate format using various software
  - Report progress updates, key achievements and any concerns to Team Lead
  - Prepare monthly billing, payment documents
  - Perform a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  - Follow standard procedures and complying with internal QMS, rules and regulations
  - Perform other tasks as assigned


- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Korean(Native) and English

- Analytical and numerical approach

- Problem-solving skills

- Good IT skills, MS Office application especially Excel

- Good understanding of customer deliverables and impact of failutre

Mon – Fri / 09:00~18:00
