Job Description:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for fostering positive customer relationships, and supporting conflict resolution programs. This is an onsite position and candidate must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate on your own

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Efficiently managing inbound calls from customers
  • Responding to customers inquires
  • Assists with other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, peers and management
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team to achieve results
  • Excellent conflict-resolution skills
  • Call center experience
  • Problem resolution experience
  • 3-5 years' professional work experience or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • Experience with meetings and motivation - Preferred
