Job Summary

The Field Support Group (FSG) Representative develops and maintains on-going relationships with account executives, sales support representatives, operations personnel, inside sales representatives, and other internal UPS customers. The main goal of the FSG representative is to immediately solve service related issues on behalf of our internal customers by analyzing and resolving problems. He/She will be required to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to filing, mailing, e-mailing, faxing, duplicating, processing forms, and data entry.

Other Duties

  • Provide first call resolution.

  • Analyze and solve problems.

  • Educate on ways to prevent future occurrences when appropriate.

  • Perform work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to build relationships with related internal functions (e.g., Billing, Packing Information and Operations).

  • Routinely demonstrate attention to detail in all documentation, communications, and follow-up.
