Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist is part of the Marketing Department of East District of the Europe Region Marketing function. He/She performs pricing analysis, evaluates customer profitability, shipping patterns and considers best ways for profitable growth. He/she provides support to further develop knowledge around customer needs, manages standard and ad-hoc marketing requests. He/She integrates marketing data and information from multiple sources to deliver requested analysis and reports.
The candidate has the opportunity to learn about our strategy and help the organization grow profitable business through initiative development, pricing and revenue management processes.
Key Accountabilities
  • Analyzes pricing request and profitability drivers
  • Efficiently and effectively summarize information, using graphs, charts and text providing insights that will help understand current trends and performance related volume, revenue, profit, lanes, services, and customer’s behavior
  • Obtains customer behavior data from external data sources as needed to facilitate analysis and reporting
  • Monitors results and defines corrective measures where needed/ identifies opportunities for faster growth
  • Coordination and measurement of Marketing Initiatives
  • Does process mapping and drives process improvements thereby raising productivity levels and increasing output quality
  • Accurate and timely creation, and delivery of ad-hoc analysis/regular reports
  • Creates summary of competitive landscape and highlight areas where competitors are different than norms
  • Works cross-functionally to obtain necessary information and gain knowledge
  • Supports countries in daily queries
  • Responds and executes internal and external communication requests
Skills:

Master or Bachelor degree – preferably Marketing or Business Science with 1 year of work experience
Proved competence in cross-functional assignments with a team orientated focus
Multi-tasking and flexibility
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Quality drive; eye for detail
Project management skills
Results oriented; makes things happen
Good presentation/communication skills (oral and written)
Strategic thinker with analytical skills
Strong in MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Word; Visual Basic an asset
Fluency in English (other languages are an advantage)

Education and Work Experience
University(Bachelor's), at least 1 years’ experience in marketing/sales
