We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team!

What do you do in a day? 

  • Contact customers, in order to obtain information to proceed with the customs clearance of the goods.

  • Other administrative tasks inherent to the function.

  • Assist team leaders and staff with routine departmental tasks.

What do we expect from you? 

  • Previous experience in a call center environment - preferred

  • Intermediate level (B1) of the English language (written and spoken) – preferred

  • 12th year course – preferred

  • Fluentin Portugueselanguage

  • Workingknowledgeof Microsoft Office

  • Resultsorientation

  • Problemsolving

  • Team spirit

  • Workschedule: Monday to Friday, 18:00-22:00
