Job Description:

  • We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team!

    What do you do in a day?

    - Contact customers in order to obtain the necessary information to proceed with the release of the goods with Customs

    - Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role

    - Assist team leaders and the team in routine department tasks.

    What do we expect from you?

    - Good command of the English language (written and spoken)

    - Good command of the Portuguese language (written and spoken)

    - Minimum qualifications: 12th year Unif course

    - Basic computer knowledge from the user's perspective

    - Results orientation

    - Problem solving

    - Team spirit

    - Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, Tuesday to Saturday
