What you´ll do:

  • Implementing invoice processing procedures 

  • Tracking, reviewing and approving invoices within the deadline

  • Supporting international Operation and Finance department 

  • Customer Service

What you´ll need:

  • High School (higher education level will be value)

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

  • Financial and/or freight forwarding background can be an advantage

  • Interested in learning our systems and processes

  • Be multi-tasking, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines

  • Quality and efficiency driven

  • Have strong teamwork and organizational skill

  • Customer-service mindset 

  • Intermediate PC user, familiar with MS Office suite and Outlook 

  • Able to work full time: 08.30 - 17.30
