Job Description:

Premier HRA is expected to have the following responsibilities:

·       Premier HRAs are responsible of working on healthcare critical and secure account packages to make sure packages are moving as planned. 

·       They are responsible for reviewing and following the SOP designed for each customer account to be able to proactively work on possible delayed shipments. 

·       Premier HRAs are also responsible for notifying customers with the status base on the designed SOP of the account. 

·       They are also responsible for the hand off and rerouting to the partner site to assure continuation of work on Premier Packages. 

·       Premier HRAs are also expected to support the International customer service if additional staffing is required.
