UPS Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle all aspects of customer service and order entry for our Healthcare clients (pharmacological, medical device, and veterinary) and their customers. Do you have previous call center experience, distribution experience, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with high attention to detail and accuracy? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Delivers "best in class customer service experience" to each customer
  • Maintains ongoing support and relationships with clients 
  • Processes incoming orders via phone and email
  • Processes credit memos
  • Performs back order allocation
  • Responds to all customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively
  • Facilitates problem resolution to meet client expectations
  • Validates and reconciles inventory
  • Performs month-end processes including billing, reporting, and issue tracking
  • Contributes to and fosters a teamwork environment
  • Participates in client conference calls
  • Audits order entry

Knowledge and Skills

  • Associate's degree or equivalent customer service experience
  • Understands compliance and regulatory issues related to healthcare
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with employees of all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new system functionality
  • Organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Team player with ability to thrive in a team centric environment
  • Previous customer service experience in a high volume call center
  • SAP and ERP system experience
