Open Cargo, Cargo Edge, Parcel Pro™ Select (PPS), Customized® Declared Value (CDV), and UPS Proactive Response® Secure (UPRS) are products that are currently offered. Additional team members will be required to further support expansion and growth. The Human Resources Specialist provides support, tactical implementation and conceptual design in the areas of Workforce Planning/Talent Acquisition, Organizational & On-boarding Training, Health and Safety, Compensation & Benefits, Employee & Labor Relations, as well as valued solutions for all Human Resources/Talent Development initiatives for UPS Capital Europe.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Manages workforce planning, recruiting and hiring; generates application flow to ensure quantity/quality hiring on time
  • Contact person regarding Human Resources/Talent Development related topics for Capital Europe workforce
  • Supports and administrates people development initiatives and tactical measures, including result monitoring and corrective actions
  • Networks and operates cross-functionally and across business units
  • Takes active role in initiatives and projects
Required Skills and Education:
  • Apprenticeship, Bachelor’s Degree of benefit– University or University of Applied Sciences
  • Proficient English and German language skills, both oral and written, business fluent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong organizational/planning and executional skills
  • Previous experiences in human resources preferred
  • Consistent time management skills
  • Distinct interest in self-development
