Position Summary
The Account Executive position is responsible for retaining and growing customer business.
He / She uses available resources to learn customers’ businesses, identify business needs,
and proactively contact customers to position UPS’s products and services to meet their needs.

Key Accountabilities
• Identifies target customers of his segment from different sources in order to achieve the sales plan
• Provides customers with information on UPS service & capabilities by giving presentations to key decision makers
• Analyzes and understands specific customer needs, decides on the feasibility of tailored made solutions and escalates if necessary to direct manager
• Manages the different phases of the sales process in order to get an agreement that meets the goals of both parties
• Ensures the right post implementation/post sales contacts
• Identifies customer problems and ensures proper solutions
• Educates the customers in properly using the UPS services, documentation for export, country restrictions and packaging requirements.
• English language - written and spoken fluently
• Communication & interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Presentation skills
• Basic financial understanding
• Competitive behavior
• Computer skills (MS Office)

Education and Work Experience
Education level: University degree preferable in Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
Work experience: 2 - 4 years in selling, preferable in a logistic or services company
Completed military service
Driving License
