Job Description:

The Alliance Sales is responsible for managing relationships with sales channels and executing channel business plans. This position identify market oppostunities and develops business together with sales channel partners. This position work closely with sales supervisor, integration supervisor and operation specialist in Alliance team to develop business and create solutions by utilizing sales and solutions technics. This position reports directly to the Alliance Sales Supervisor.

Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain deep external partner relations with sales channel partners and maintains updates to the partner of the latest developments of their alliance account
- Identify potential strategic alliance partners for both Sales Alliance and Operation Alliance

- Key sales activity and opportunities into UPS DRIVE and also generate reports regularly to analyzesales performance and specify improvement needed and then fixed the action plan

-Create sales area and account strategy to conduct sales activities effectively

- Taking sales trainings to conduct sales negotiation effectively

- Manage bid compliance and customer churn through

- Create Quantify Value Proposition to alliance partnerst to sell quantified value through our solutions

- Work with other departments to tackle with alliance partner needs and issues
- Hold regular business review meeting with alliance partners to explore deveopment area and enhancement opportunities
