Job Description:

This position reviews, evaluates, recommends and implements improvements in the end-to-end process/programs. This role develops global standards, processes and programs within their identified area of responsibility. This position monitors the health of assigned processes, programs, policies, systems and operation to identify pain points and then develops and implements solutions to eliminate identified issues. The incumbent serves as the UPS Subject Matter Expert in their area of assigned responsibility, supervises others and oversees the design of training materials and skills. The position also monitors the day to day operation and plays a significant role in the development of the hourly employees.
