Job Description:

Job Summary:

The US COD Admin is responsible for collecting on missing payments where UPS has paid the shipper. They need to work well with customers and various internal groups to recoup payment timely. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Inbound/Outbound Mail, Inbound/Outbound calls, Processing) are completed timely.

Responsibilities

  • Contact consignee’s for missing COD checks when the shipper has been paid out
  • Ensures accuracy of customer records and responds to customer inquiries as needed.
  • Work with centers to resolve missing checks.
  • The work load must be prioritized to ensure issues are addressed on a timely basis.
  • Work with internal UPS functions and external customers to resolve issues.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Careers.
  • Minimum 6 months customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, and Excel
  • Accounting background – Preferred
  • Fluent speaking English advanced (80%).

Work Modality:

6:00 am – 4:00pm

Hybrid:

  • 2 months on site, 2 months home office
  • First three months at office
