Job Description:
This position maintains relationships with other representatives and customers. He/she solves service related issues by analyzing and resolving problems. This position communicates with customers using various mediums in order serve. He/she will perform other responsibilities as needed.
The main function will be the attention of requirements regarding reports handled by the team, and in addition he/she will attend the requirements for the creation of macros and databases.
Requisitions:
- Bachelor Degree
- Advance intermediate level of VBA (Desirable)
- Intermediate level of SQL (Desirable)
- Advance Excel
- Advance Microsoft Access
- English level (75%)
