UPS Title: Candidate Journey Specialist

UPS Grade: 10D

Location: Bogotá (Inicially 100% from home in 2023 hybrid model 3 days office / 2 days at home

Job Description:

The Candidate Journey Data Analyst is part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE). This role supports reporting of talent acquisition processes related to the candidate journey such as high-volume hiring and referral programs. The position contributes to discussions around strategy and develops & interprets analyses to inform decision-making. The position will work with a team of local and remote managers, supervisors and/or specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Develop and/or improve talent acquisition processes such as referral programs.
  • Develop and support reporting related to talent acquisition processes.
  • Support labor market and other analyses.
  • Make recommendations based on data.
  • Support compliance-related research and reporting.
  • Collaborate with various groups within HR and Operations.
  • Work with a local and/or remote team which may include people who support other Talent Acquisition functions.

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Experience interpreting data and creating reports - Required
  • Experience with writing queries using SQL - Required
  • Experience with Excel and Power Query- Required
  • Ability to write code in at least one programming language (R or Python preferred) - Required
  • High level of proficiency in English (Reading, Speaking, Writing) - Required
  • Experience gathering, combining, and using large datasets to create reports - Required
  • Avaliability to work from Bogotá - Required

Competences:

  • Demonstrate strong internal customer service skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Experience working on teams with members in multiple countries
  • Experience creating macros and programming with VBA
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams or similar
