The Revenue Recovery Supervisor (part-time) will train and supervise daily activities of employees assigned to the area. This will require that the supervisor work in a warehouse and office environment.  He/she will ensure that all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely. 95% of the PT Revenue Recovery supervisor’s job will be out on the floor monitoring the IDS belt.

The work schedule for this position will require the ability to cover other shifts as needed. Flexibility is required in regards to work week schedules and start and end times. Part-time management employees are generally expected to work 5 1/2 hours per day and are paid weekly.  Medical, dental, and vision benefits are offered to employees and their eligible dependents. Additional benefits include educational assistance, 401K, discounted stock purchase program, and paid vacations/holidays. 

Job Duties/Skills

  • Supervising the hourly union revenue recovery auditors on the IDS belt during the sort ensuring that they are getting as many valid scans as possible.

  • Responsible for the percent valid results on his/her sort and making sure we are reaching our corporate goals for percent valid.

  • Monitoring the automated singulators to ensure that they are working properly and getting valid scans.

  • Making sure that all revenue recovery equipment is in working order, the machines have passed the daily testing done by our DWS admin, and the machines are enabled prior to the start of the sort.

  • Re-testing any revenue recovery equipment that failed daily testing prior to the start of the sort.

  • Responsible for end of the sort reporting on a daily basis.

  • Must be comfortable discussing issues with management that may be 2 levels higher than themselves due to FT Revenue Recovery management not always around.
