Customer Service Agent - Nightline
Nightline are looking for a Customer Service agent to complement the existing team.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Ø Enhanced proactive customer care
Ø Daily track, trace and update to customer
Ø Liaise with customer regarding delayed goods
Ø KPI’s reporting
Ø Rapid closure of customer issues
Ø Build relationships with other departments to enhance ability to perform role.
Ø Any adhoc duties assigned by Manager or Team Leaders
A Customer Service Agent will play a vital role in helping the business run smoothly and efficiently, making sure performance is kept to a really high standard.
The ideal candidate will have:
Ø Come from a customer service background
Ø Possess the ability to plan and prioritise your work
Ø Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ø Confident and assured telephone manner
Ø Computer literacy, including Word, Outlook, Excel
