UPS Capital Customer Service Officer

Primary Location: HUNG HOM, Kowloon - CN, Job ID 061886

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers’ solutions on shipment and protection enquires in a timely, accurately and courteous manner
  • Coordinating customer activities, such as accounts setup and billing issues
  • Assisting customers to pick their parcels for shipping purpose and filling the necessary documents with accurate information
  • Handle customers’ general enquiries and follow-up on all internal and external customers’ requirement with compliance
  • Assist in the process of new products launch and maintain a good relationship with both existing and new customers
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation and a systematic filing system
  • Provide ad hoc support not only limited to assisting in customer services and also other job related duties or special projects upon request

Requirements:

  • At least a high school graduates preferably university graduate or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer services or insurance administration preferably with handling with insurance or freight customers experiences
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details
  • Strong communication and tactful customer service skills
  • Good at PC applications especially Excel and word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
