Are you looking for a part-time job with fixed hours?

We are searching for a person with good communication skills, can-do attitude, detail-oriented approach and previous experience with Microsoft Office to fill a permanent position at our airport location. If you feel like a good match, don’t hesitate to contact us.

 We are offering 20 hours a week, 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday. Every other week you would work PM shift 18:15-22:15, and every other week AM shift 6:30-10:30 (Mondays 5:30-9:30). Different rotation between AM and PM shifts can be agreed upon.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an independent and responsible person who has

Good interpersonal skills

Good eye for numbers

Good English skills

Experience with computers

Driver’s license, category B

Residence permit in Finland

Readiness to work outdoors
Reference from a previous workplace

Responsibilities:

You would be monitoring loading and unloading of our cargo aircraft, coordinating operations outside at apron, and planning for smooth loading inside our office. You would make sure the operations follow our safety procedures and stay within allotted time. You should be ready to give feedback and maintain good communication between our gateway team and other UPS functions. You would be a part of an international team, so good oral and written English is a must.
