In this role you will be responsible for all Compensation & Benefits for the Netherlands. Next to that you will be responsible as HR Advisor for some facilities. Which makes you help understand the business!


What do you do on a average day?

In this position you will have a combined responsibility between HR and Compensation & Benefits. That means that an average day can vary a lot! Which will make your role challenging and fun and the same time.

  • First of all you will be responsible for as HR advisor for some of our accounts. This means that you will support operations in managing their absenteeism, day to day HR responsibilities and recruitment.

  • You will have regular meetings with the management of the accounts, in which you will carry our HR strategy. But you will also regularly have conversations with our employees, team leaders and supervisors.

  • Next to that, you will become the go-to person with regards to C&B. You will advise your HR colleagues on for example secondary benefits, but also on pension related issues.

  • You will lead C&B related projects, for example working on a new salary structure. That means that you will also do market research to support the business cases.

  • As C&B is an important topic within the organization, it is important to understand different views. That is why we expect you to have a good relationship with your stakeholders.



Your profile

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;

  • Experience: We are looking for someone that can grow within our organization, so preferably this will be your first or second step in the labor market!

  • We are an international company based in the Netherlands, so it’s important that you are fluent in both Dutch and English;

  • You have strong reporting skills, drive to investigate and always looking for efficiency;

  • As part of the HR team it’s very important you have a high level of business sense, integrity and accuracy. It goes without saying you are a team player.

Location: Eindhoven, Venlo or Roermond, depending on your residence.
