Job Summary
This position works in Freight Forwarding division - Ocean Freight:
Handling Bookings.
Procure on behalf of the company Ocean Freight
Secure smooth Delivery and Pick up.
Customers documentation.
Billing accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers inquiries.
Takes ownership of customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions.
Takes action to enhance learning in Ocean product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
Secure timely response to customer and network requests.
Secure timely and accurate billing and documentation.
Negotiate the best conditioned ocean freight meeting customer expectations
Operates all equipment, software, and devices and trains others.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma , Bachelor or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Ocean freight Business
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English written and spoken is a must.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
