As a Customer Care Representative at UPS in Bucharest, you’ll help us deliver what matters to our customers and clients every day. Your Tasks

  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails from our customers
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and follow up throughout the entire customer care lifecycle
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage our customers

Your Skills

  • High school graduate, preferred higher
  • Advanced English skills will be an asset
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
