UPS in Calgary is looking for Key Account Executive (KAE) who thrives by taking on responsibility and meeting challenges head on.As an outside sales KAE you are responsible for all Business Development activities concerning small to medium accounts, servicing larger customers due to logistical reasons. Taking leads from our Drivers and other customer facing employees you will turn them into new streams of revenue. You will create opportunity, seeking out new business through calls, email, and in-person visits.
·Identify volume and sales opportunities
·Develop volume and revenue through customer visits and cold-calling
·Meeting conversion and revenue goals
·Review new and current services
·Follow-up on sales leads provided by UPS employees/contacts
·Resolve claims and service challenges
·Convey information regarding the marketplace, competition and customer needs to the Area Sales Manager
The KAE must be able to handle multiple responsibilities and work flexible hours (longer when required).

·4 year Bachelor's University Degree
·High comfort level with the Internet and a working knowledge Microsoft Office applications
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·Ability to handle stressful situations and a high volume of work
·Good time management skills and attention to detail
·Strong customer orientation
·Willingness/flexibility to travel as required, access to a vehicle daily
