Job Description:

Coordination of the development, implementation and maintenance of the Europe Region Sales Operations Systems, Procedures and Measurements (staffing analysis – performance measurement – sales activity measurement and reporting – sales initiatives measurement) in order to support Region Sales Operations Management and drive desired sales force behavior.

As a Region Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in providing & building additional support to the Districts, Countries and Region Internal Customers on all BD aspects in terms of communication, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Operations Specialist has the following responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate Europe Region Sales Operations process in order to ensure that Region Sales Operations supports Business Plan goals and drive desired sales force behavior.

• To interact with District/Country Sales Operations team in order to ensure that European activities are in sync with Region Sales Operations strategies and procedures.

• To co-operate with other Region Departments to ensure cross-functional involvement in Sales Operations process.

• To support the Region function in the evaluation of system upgrades and enhancements for current and future Sales Operations Measurement tools to ensure that systems requirements meet the business needs as well as to develop new systems.

• Other accountabilities and associated activities.

Profile:

• Bachelor or University degree in business, marketing or economics

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Customer service oriented

• Team player as well as ability to work independently

• Fluent English, additional European languages are an asset

• Very strong communication skills

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office package (especially Excel and Power Point)

• Proactivity and accuracy

• Excellent numerical and organizational skills
