UPS Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS, is expanding in Europe, UPS Capital provides risk mitigation and financial solutions for businesses of all sizes and industries along global supply chains. Cargo Insurance, ParcelPro ™ Select (PPS), Customized® Declared Value (CDV), and UPS Proactive Response® Secure (UPRS) are products that are currently offered. Additional team members will be required to further support expansion and growth. The Field Marketing and Communications Supervisor will be responsible for providing marketing support in field marketing and communications areas for UPS Capital in Europe and will report to the Marketing Manager Europe.

Within the function you will:

• Drive profitable growth of UPS Capital products through tactical marketing programs and initiatives

• Design region wide and country specific lead campaigns in close collaboration with sales

• Follow up campaigns & initiatives performance, analyze and propose actions based on results

• Collaborate with other UPS business units to identify initiatives

• Provide field marketing support to Enterprise and Channel Partner teams

• Provide support to external and internal communication activities including sales collaterals, social media communication, customer facing tools and newsletters

• Provide support to order in the area of event management

Required Skills and Education:

• University/Master Degree in Business, Economics or Marketing related field

• Curiosity is a must, curiosity to investigate and learn deeply about new topics

• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment and positive work attitude

• Sound numerical and analytical capabilities; the successful candidate has a proven track record of developing logical conclusions and recommendations based on quantitative/statistical analysis

• Demonstrated self-starter with project management skills

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment

• Fluency in English (both written and oral) is a must, German, French or Italian an asset

• Very good computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint), SQL, Tableau, Access knowledge an asset
