Job Description:

UPS Healthcare, Marketing Operations Supervisor, Europe Region

  • The Healthcare Marketing Operations Supervisor is responsible for the business planning process, the successful implementation of lead campaigns and the monitoring of market and competitive environment.
  • This role manages a team of 2 and collaborate across UPS divisions
  • This role reports to the Europe Marketing Manager in the UPS Healthcare organization.

Main Accountabilities and Associated Activities

  • Business planning & Reporting
  • Responsible for the developing revenue and volume plans based on strategic growth goals.
  • Analyzes product volume and revenue performance to report any variances to plan.
  • Conducting analyses and presentations providing valuable insights to upper management.
  • Works with other teams inside the organization for developing enhanced processes and tools.
  • Lead Management:
  • Collaborate with Sales and other Marketing groups for implementing successful lead campaigns.
  • Work close to the Healthcare Marketing Segment team to identify valuable customer segments.
  • Developing data mining models, analyses, and reporting tools
  • Execute from the lead management perspective segment specific campaigns, as well as measuring and reporting their success.
  • Implements measurement plans to ensure effective tracking of campaigns.
  • Balances multiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder goals and expectations.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence
  • Monitor the market and competitive environment to identify UPS competitive advantages.
  • Shares in regular base the competitive insights with marketing, strategy and sales teams.

Know-How, Skills & Experience

  • Education level: University degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Finance/ Supply Chain; Master or MBA is a plus.
  • Min. 4 years working experience in marketing or analytics related rol
  • Strong communicator
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Quality drive; eye for detail
  • Result oriented; make things happen
  • Computer literacy – very good knowledge of MS Office and PowerBI
  • Fluent in English (speaking/writing); a plus one other European language
