Customer Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

·Identify new opportunities to support the region marketing and sales obejectives

·Monitors the lead quality and develops strategies, tactics and training to improve quality

·Works with the local marketing teams to integrate lead campaigns into other marketing initiatives

·Responsible for market and competitive intelligence, and for market research. 

·Identify and analyze industry trends that will impact UPS and / or customers significantly

·Initiate and organize research projects on a European-wide basis.

·This role is highly collaborative, requiring coordination between UPS Europe Region functions, UPS Corporate, UPS Districts/Countries and vendors.

Profile:

·Process Ownership - Acts as the process owner for opportunities development in the organization

·Data Analysis and Reporting

·Coordinate multi-country market research projects with third parties research firms

·Present conclusions and recommendations to internal audiences as well as follow up action plans based on the research project results e.g. Customer satisfaction and tracking studies

·Collaborate with sales, marketing to identify new business opportunities

·Produce Macroeconomic and Market Intelligence updates on a regular basis


Skills:

·Required : University Degree – Engineering, Economics Business or Applied Science, MBA Preferred

·Demonstrated ability to think both strategically (out-of-the-box) and tactically as required.

·Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment

·History of analyzing quantitative data and qualitative information for developing logical conclusions and actions.

·Ability to manage relationships and dealing with external vendors

·Demonstrated self starter who takes initiative

·Good analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving skills

·Strategic thinking

·Innovative and creative

·Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results

·Adaptable to new challenges, directions and activities

·Good presentation and written / oral communication skills

·Sound numerical skills, computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

·Fluency in English (other languages are an asset)
