General Description:

He/She will support Marketing Supervisors in all Marketing projects include business planning, budget management, project planning and execution, measuring KPIs, exploring market opportunity to drive business growth, collecting and analyzing market data and turn to actionable plan, researching and forecasting marketing trends and changes, event management, branding, promotional campaign development, channel/partner management in Thailand and South District level.

He/She also performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of assigned analysis, reports using various software packages, databases, compilation of information from various sources internally and externally, and handling small to medium scale projects.

His/Her job duties also include general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis and will work mainly with cross-function both in Country level, District and Regional level.

The ideal candidate would be the one that demonstrates good attitude, multi-tasking skill, great planning and organizing skill, ability to self-study or learn and adapt quickly to a fast changing and demanding environment with ability to perform complex data queries and translate to actionable insights with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Marketing)
  • Good with numbers and business acumen understanding
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Good presentation skill
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate in a simple and efficient professional manner with internal and external stakeholders
  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI and strong in Excel (medium complexity – pivot table, VLOOKUP, ifs, sumifs, countifs, len, average, sum, condition formatting, etc.)
  • Proactive, Organized, Detailed and result-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented and able to work independently
  • TOEIC 750+ and/or having experience in multinational company is preferred
