Job Description:

Job Summary

This position supports applications and systems, projects, and initiatives. He/She is responsible for end to end testing and supports requirements with business, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This position compiles information and maintains the assigned systems and applications through verifying and monitoring production support inquires. This position requires the user to possess knowledge of or the ability to learn XML and JSON language.


Responsibilities:

• Interfaces with internal and external customers, teams, and associates.
• Coordinates the business and functional requirements.
• Supervises end to end testing.
• Delivers production support and end user training.
• Provides business process support for internal and external customers.
• Collaborates with information systems and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
