UPS Capital Lead Systems Programmer Analyst

The UPS Capital team needs a Lead Systems Programming Analyst to research, evaluate, create, test and maintain their cloud agnostic CI/CD pipeline for all UPS Capital software applications. This position also supports UPS Capital’s application development teams and their use of UPS Capital’s DevOps platforms and tooling by providing guidance to development resources and dedicated coaching sessions. The Lead Systems Programming Analyst coaches team members to provide the tools and knowledge required for further development. He or She will assist in troubleshooting pipeline issues and resolving build, test, and deployment incidents.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure/Google DevOps, Jenkins, Power Shell and Project Management
  • Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS Services (App Services, Azure Monitor, & Virtual Networks)
  • Experience with troubleshooting and support of Windows Workstation/Server OS
  • Familiarity with the Container Platforms, Google/Azure Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automated testing tools such as SonarQube and dependency management tools like JFrog
  • Demonstrate initiative, project management, and technical analysis skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience
