Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to achieve sales target of assigned accounts and penetration business opportunities from existing customers

  • Develop and nurture strong client contacts and forging positive relationships with key accounts

  • Actively prospect sales leads and secure potential new clients
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve success and retain existing customer

  • Conduct face-to-face meeting with prospective customer

  • Manage existing accounts and responds to customers’ queries, complaints and questions in a timely, accurate manner and to provide appropriate solutions

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS products and services and updated of competitors’ strategies and capabilities to position UPS products

  • Review current contracts to ensure contractual compliance with stated terms and facilitate preparation of new contracts.

  • Develop a strategic approach to provide solutions to customers

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 4 year of Sales Experience in any industry, preferably in logistics industries

  • Experience and knowledge in Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management

  • Ability to understand customers’ perspective and think win-win
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills and negotiation skills
  • Result orientated, team player, sales driven and self-motivated
