UPS makes Forbes’ 2023 list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity

The esteemed publication creates this list every year to recognize companies that not only have diverse teams, but also foster a work environment where everyone is heard and valued. Each year, Forbes compiles their list based not only on demographic data, but also on each company’s diversity-related best practices. This includes the presence of employee resource groups and diverse representation in board and executive roles.

At UPS, we have a variety of employee-led business resource groups with over 200 chapters worldwide and over 40% of our board members are women. Our rallying cry of “You Belong at UPS” guides us in creating a workplace where every employee can be their truest self.
